Mifflin Place is a senior citizen housing community for elderly or disabled residents who are at least 62 years of age or older, situated in a residential neighborhood setting. There are 24 units designed especially for the senior citizens 62 years of age or older (non-elderly/disabled are not eligible). These apartments consist of a kitchen/dining area, living room, bedroom, bathroom and ample storage space. Maintenance, lawn and landscape care and snow removal are provided.

- What is provided?
- Each kitchen is equipped with an electric range and frost-free refrigerator. Water, sewer, trash removal, heat and electricity are included in the rent. The tenant pays for television cable and telephone service.
- What are the typical features of the complex and apartment?
- There is a coin-operated laundry, community room with kitchenette, elevator and private entrance to each apartment. On site parking is available.
- How do I qualify?
