Meadow View Apartments are 30 garden style (first and second floor) units located near shopping and medical facilities. Income limits apply to all applicants. A typical apartment consists of a galley kitchen, dining area, living room, bedroom and bath. Maintenance, lawn and landscape care and snow removal are provided.

  1. What are the typical features of an apartment?
    • Each apartment features wall-to-wall carpeting in the living and bedroom. The kitchen includes a refrigerator and electric range. There is excellent storage and closet space.
  2. What are the complex features?
    • There are two apartment buildings, each with its own coin-operated laundry. Additionally, there is an on-site office and two community rooms available for tenant use. Safety features include an emergency pull cord in each apartment and a 24 hour answering service and paging system to contact management and maintenance.
  3. How do I qualify?
    • All members of the household must be a minimum of 62 years of age or disabled regardless of age. Applicant must meet income limits.Call either phone number below for more details.
  4. What will my rent be and are there any other costs?
    • Rent is based on 30% of adjusted monthly income which includes deductions for allowable medical expenses plus an elderly household allowance. Tenant pays telephone expense only. All other utilities are included in rental costs, including cable television and electric.
